The work for Lincoln, has started with a huge challenge. How does one reposition a company that has been in decline for 30 years? Or change the customers perspective about a company they stopped considering long ago? The answer is not simple one.
We renamed the company to the Lincoln Motor Company. We were bold about it, we took our time. New car designs, new ways of communicating, and lots of patience.
The results show that it was the right path, with brand approval ratings steadily moving up, and sales up 30 percent on advertised launches. And a new a launch in China. It looks like Lincoln Motor Company has made a turn in the right direction.
